Good Liked: Close to metro, enough space in the room, Disliked: Same breakfast for whole week, not much variety, no vegetables
worth to add few more... Liked: staff was very nice but it not worth the other things Disliked: You’re literally right next to the railway station. Trains are sounding their horns every few minutes, making it almost impossible to get a decent night’s sleep.

Good place to stay Liked: Great location. Easy to get to subway stations and quick connections with Manhattan and Brooklyn. The bed was extremely comfortable. Room nice and tidy. The same bathroom. Good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.
Poor Liked: Safe…bed was comfy…appreciated the coffee in the lobby…grocery store had reasonable prices. Staff was polite. Disliked: Industrial chic is not my aesthetic.. room didn’t have a closet, nor any art on the grey walls… desolate location…especially for a solo older woman -can’t really meander at night which is when I arrived. And did spot two roaches … it’s NYC, I understand. I requested for more herbal tea but it was always “ out of stock”. Public transport is available, true but at least 10 to 15 minute walk from hotel. Okay by day but did not feel comfortable at night since desolate walk to and from stations. This is for Booking.com. I was informed that I would get a free taxi ride from the airport to hotel -never happened plus the hotel knew nothing about it/couldn’t help either. The hotel did not respond to my multiple messages. It was frustrating.
